Easiest recipe ever!
- Olive Oil
- Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and dry Kale in a salad spinner.
- Remove the stems from the Kale and tear into bite-size pieces.
- Spread the Kale onto the parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil, and then sprinkle with salt.
- Bake until the edges are brown, not burnt. (10 to 15 min)
These are a great side to dinner or a perfect healthy snack!
