Kale Chips

Easiest recipe ever! 


  • Kale
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt  
  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Wash and dry Kale in a salad spinner.
  4. Remove the stems from the Kale and tear into bite-size pieces.
  5. Spread the Kale onto the parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil, and then sprinkle with salt.
  6. Bake until the edges are brown, not burnt. (10 to 15 min)


These are a great side to dinner or a perfect healthy snack!
