ARE YOU GETTING ENOUGH VITAMIN N?

I took some pictures while I was visiting family in Cali a couple weeks ago and boy are people active outdoors! (Can you blame them with that weather?!) People were biking, skating, running, flying kites, hiking, surfing, kayaking, you name it! Walking your dog in your neighborhood might be as exciting as your view gets, but it is important to be outside!
